🌙 Zodiac

Tyler Gene’s zodiac sign is Cancer. According to astrologers, the sign of Cancer belongs to the element of Water, just like Scorpio and Pisces. Guided by emotion and their heart, they could have a hard time blending into the world around them. Being ruled by the Moon, phases of the lunar cycle deepen their internal mysteries and create fleeting emotional patterns that are beyond their control. As children, they don't have enough coping and defensive mechanisms for the outer world, and have to be approached with care and understanding, for that is what they give in return.

🌙 Chinese Zodiac Signs

Tyler Gene was born in the Year of the Monkey. Those born under the Chinese Zodiac sign of the Monkey thrive on having fun. They’re energetic, upbeat, and good at listening but lack self-control. They like being active and stimulated and enjoy pleasing self before pleasing others. They’re heart-breakers, not good at long-term relationships, morals are weak. Compatible with Rat or Dragon.

Tyler Gene Whisnant grew up in the Raleigh-Durham metropolitan area of North Carolina. After working with a stage crew for a show (to get out of class) in the 8th grade, Tyler convinced himself he could do just as good, if not better, than the cast he was watching.

Discovering his passion, Tyler went on to star or play a supporting role during all four years of his high school musicals, including Beauty and the Beast, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, The King and I, as well as Grease.

This is when he also gained his first experience on professional sets for the films Safe Haven and We're the Millers. At East Carolina University Tyler took classes in acting and appeared in three shows of The Nutcracker, benefiting The Children's Miracle Network.

Shortly after graduating from college, Tyler booked stand-in and photo double opportunities on Reprisal, Halloween Kills, Outer Banks and The Eyes of Tammie Faye, while starring in numerous short films.
