Tim grew up in Illinois and Littleton, Colorado. He went to Heritage High School and was a very talented multi-sport athlete known for his minimal motivation. He was a leading class clown in a school that has produced an inordinate number of class clowns.

Although, no illegal substances were used in attaining this title. A rare feat.He attended college while at the same time becoming a Multi-Engine Instrument Flight Instructor which only those in Aviation will know what a royal pain in the butt it is to get those.

After graduating with degrees in Aerospace Science and Computer Science from Metropolitan State University he pursued his dream of becoming a commercial pilot. He flight instructed and flew multi-engine aircraft for corporations.

After a minor hang-gliding accident he decided that maybe being in the air every waking moment wasn't such a good idea. So, throwing away all the money that had been spent on college and flight training, he moved on because no one really said anything to talk him out of it.

He and another pilot/friend developed a series of Aviation software programs called "Flite Star" for Flight planning, Air Charter, Maintenance, and others. Flite Star was chosen from the Indian word...

Flitestar which means moose in Arapahoe tribe native tongue. This company was sold off to another Aviation company in a reported one-figure deal. Yes, one-figure, like less then $10. So, the college loans had not been paid back yet.

Other software companies followed that developed retail clothing, restaurant management, and health. He created the In-Touch coupon kiosk which provided you guessed it... coupons on college campuses. After most of those units were stolen and used for god knows what college prank, he developed a piece of software for trading the stock market that was sold nationwide.

One was sold in California, the other in Maine. Tim used this software to build a career as a financial consultant which entails trying to get stupid people to do smart things and a lot of staring at the hot chicks on CNBC.

Which is actually an oxymoron.Tim was flying with his business partner and was trying to drop ice cream to rafters near Moab, Utah in the canyons of the Colorado River. The ice cream made it into the river as did the Cessna-210 that they were flying.

They barely got the window open before the plane sunk or this biography would be much shorter. After Tim's partner made it out of the window safely, Tim waited for the plane to fill up so he could open the door and get out.

He couldn't fit out the window. He held his breath as the water enveloped him and the plane sank in the dark swirling waters. Once filled with water he pushed his way out of the door and as he came to the surface the planes tail disappeared.

He was badly injured with a broken collar bone, broken teeth, and blood basically everywhere. This story isn't over as there was no way to get anybody to take them out of the steep canyon. Unfortunately, he had crashed upstream of the Cataract Canyon rapids and now he was inadvertently on a raft trip.

Eventually, after rafting the river, they made it downstream and were flown in a smaller plane through a thunderstorm to a hospital in Grand Junction. The next day was so boring in comparison that Tim thought about robbing a 7-11.

No one knows if he went through with that.Suddenly, with a new lease on life he decided to go to the Comedy Works and try stand-up comedy. After a rocky start the challenge of making drunkards laugh burned in his soul.

He not only worked at clubs but sought out anywhere drunkards would hang out. He learned the ways of the drunkard. It was not long that he was a God amongst drunkards/smokers/parti-ers. His comedy career sizzled.

He opened regularly for huge musical and comedy acts including Ray Charles, Ellen Degeneres, Brian Regan, and many others. He decided to do corporate comedy to make more money and not travel as much. But, the corporate humans did not speak drunkard.

Tim tapped into his previous corporate experience and slowly became a "Humorist." Which means basically, he didn't have to be quite so funny. Yet, the pay was great, a fact he is still confused by.It was during this time Tim was cast in a television show called "Home Computing" which was on the cable channel Knowledge TV and was aired nationwide.

In California and Maine. The show was actually syndicated and he became a hero to all those with laptops, low memory computer systems, and porn surfers who wanted to know how to hide their history. He also co-hosted a travel show that covered trade shows and the city they were being held in called, "Virtual Trade Show.

" But, Knowledge TV fought an uphill battle with its lofty goal of increasing the IQ of Americans. After a 10-year plus battle the cable channel was sold and generally IQ's aren't slipping all that much.

Next Tim used the knowledge he gained from the doomed network and began writing, directing, and producing television shows. He got nominated for an Emmy. He also got married, had two children. He has written several films and is shepherding them through the complicated film production and distribution process.

He thought it was hard getting out of a sunken airplane but nothing has prepared him for that.
