🌙 Zodiac
Tim May’s zodiac sign is Aquarius. According to astrologers, the presence of Aries always marks the beginning of something energetic and turbulent. They are continuously looking for dynamic, speed and competition, always being the first in everything - from work to social gatherings. Thanks to its ruling planet Mars and the fact it belongs to the element of Fire (just like Leo and Sagittarius), Aries is one of the most active zodiac signs. It is in their nature to take action, sometimes before they think about it well.
🌙 Chinese Zodiac Signs
Tim May was born in the Year of the Tiger. Those born under the Chinese Zodiac sign of the Tiger are authoritative, self-possessed, have strong leadership qualities, are charming, ambitious, courageous, warm-hearted, highly seductive, moody, intense, and they’re ready to pounce at any time. Compatible with Horse or Dog.
Born in Van Nuys, California, moving to Simi Valley CA when he was 6. Tim spent his early years wanting to be a fireman, Racecar Driver, Cartoonist, actor and Singer. He remembers asking his Dad when he was about 5 that he wanted to be on TV.
So his dad picked him up and sat him on the TV. He didn't think his Dad was funny. His first shot at acting was when his friend Yancy grabbed his parents Super 8 camera and they filmed themselves doing skits until they ran out of film.
When he was sophomore at Royal High School in Simi Valley he took a drama class and was in the school play Alice in Wonderland. Moving to Newhall CA with his Dad during the summer before his junior year after his parents divorce, he was unable to join the drama class at his new high school.
Then halfway though that year he had to move again to Saugas, CA and a new high school and just never got the chance to act in school again. After high school he bounced around from dead-end job to dead-end job.
Moved to Terryville, Connecticut when he was 23. He moved back to CA a year later. At 25 he got his Class A drivers license and started driving trucks for a living. When he was 29 he went to work for George Sack Jr.
Hauling everything from cars to heavy equipment. It was also when he met George's 15 year old son Errol, who in later years would cause the acting bug to began to infect him again. At 32 he started a band "the Skinny Little Twits" with his friends Mike Pieper and Jim Wrona.
Three weeks before there first gig, Tim was involved in a head-on car wreck. But still made the gig, singing with 5 broken ribs, his right arm in a full cast and 40 stitches in his lower lip. He was the lead singer and harmonica player in it for 10 years.
At the same time he started driving water trucks for George and Errol on movie sets eventually getting him into the studios teamsters Union. Then a few years later while working on a commercial he was asked by the director if he wanted to be in the shot.
He said yes and that enabled him to get into S.A.G. and pursue acting again. With Errol's pushing, he started helping with there own films. Starting with some shorts like "Magic Quest", "L.A.I.S." "Defuse" and there first feature film "Station 4".
Bringing us to there next venture, a horror film called "Woods". Mostly working behind the scene doing B Camera and even a little acting in one scene. So what's next? Maybe at age 50, he'll become an overnight success.
It could happen.
