He started working in film and TV during the late 1990's, joining the regular cast of Doc Martin in 2009 as Chippy Miller. He is best known for his role as Richard Tonkin in the BBC's international hit historical drama Poldark and as one of the group in the hit movie The Fisherman's Friend's.
