In 2001, Ronnie recorded & produced his debut solo album, titled, "Shim Sham Revue - Music of New Orleans Burlesque Shows of the 30s, 40s & 50s". Music from Ronnie's album can be heard in TV shows on Bravo, A&E.
Showtime, Oxygen Network and VH1. Ronnie has collaborated with modern day Burlesque star Dita Von Teese and has his music used in her live shows. In 2015, BurlyCon Burlesque Education & Social Convention announced Ronnie Magri as that years Guest Of Honor, for his work as a Neo-Burlesque Pioneer & Music Historian.
Recently, in 2017, Ronnie had three songs from his "Shim Sham Revue" album featured on Broadway, in Noel Coward's "Present Laughter", staring Tony & Academy Award winner Kevin Kline.Ronnie Magri is professional and serious about his work and craft.
