Richard Peery (born 1938/39) is an American Billionaire real estate developer.
In his 20s, he took over the management of his father's property portfolio. In the 1960s, he teamed up with fellow Billionaire John Arrillaga, buying Silicon Valley farmland to create office parks. Together, they own about 3.3 million square feet of office space, with tenants including Google and Intuit.
As of September 2015, he had a net worth of US$2.2 billion.
