Randa Williams was born on 1962 in Houston, Texas, United States, is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board, Enterprise GP Holdings. Randa Duncan Williams is non-executive chairman of Enterprise Products Partners, the pipeline giant her father Dan Duncan (d. 2010) founded in 1968.
Williams is the only one of four siblings involved in running the family business; all four inherited equal stakes in the company.
Enterprise Products owns nearly 50,000 miles of energy pipelines, natural gas processing plants and a large oil storage facility on the Gulf Coast.
Williams joined the family business in 1994 and became president and CEO of Enterprise Products in 2001.
She sits on the board of the University of Texas Health Science Center where a clinic is named after her father at the Children's Learning Institute.

Randa Duncan was born in 1962. Her Father, Dan Duncan, was the co-founder of Enterprise Products.
1994
After school, she practiced law with Butler & Binion and Brown, Sims, Wise & White. Williams served as the President and chief executive officer (CEO) of Enterprise Products and vice President at Enterprise Products from 1994 to February 2001.
1995
Williams is a member of the board of trustees for the Houston Zoo, was a member of the board of trustees for the Houston Museum of Natural Science since 1995 and its chairman. She was on the trustee boards for the Manned Space FLIGHT Education Foundation, River Oaks Baptist School and the Houston A+ Challenge.
2010
She inherited $3.1 billion upon the death of her Father. Due to a temporary repeal in the estate tax law for the year 2010, Duncan became the first American Billionaire to pay no estate tax since its enactment.
2013
In 2013, Williams was elected as Enterprise Production Partners' non-executive chairman.
