Paul Payne is a Toronto area actor and performer. In his first ever acting audition in 2015, he landed the male lead role in his theatrical comedy debut with Theatre Aurora. In this role, Paul earned an ACT-CO Award nomination and went on to show his range as the male lead in a dramatic play with the same theatre company in 2016.
This paved the way to his new found love of storytelling through acting and performance on stage and in film.Since then, Paul has appeared in several independent films, student films, docu-drama's and music videos, including Frank Moyo's 'Let You Down'.
In 2018, Paul has opened up and expressed himself in a more vulnerable aspect of storytelling through the medium of burlesque. Paul is ever inspired by his two beautiful daughters who share his love of the performing arts.
