After a year of contracts in the provinces, he was offered and created the title role in 'Dick Turpin' at the Lyric Theatre, Hammersmith.

He has appeared in many original London productions, including: Young Frankenstein, Boorskale, The Producers, Doctor Doolittle, Tommy, The Iron Man, Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreacoat, The Ultimate Man, Aspects of Love, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, Mutiny!, Blondel.
