Necar began working in the theater at age 16 at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland and has since stayed close to the theater while splitting her time between film and television. In 2011, she played a lead role in the FilmMcQueen production of "Meth Head." She followed that with a role on the NBC series The Event as resident villainess Isabelle. The year also saw her making her Broadway debut in the Tony Award winning and Pulitzer Prize nominated play " The Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo," opposite Robin Williams.Prior to that Necar scored with fans as Dalia Hassan on the mega-hit Fox TV series, '24' for Season 8. In 2015, Zadegan continued to appear in other television roles for series like “Extant”, “Legends” and in a very memorable turn as the Queen of Iran opposite Michael Sheen for Showtime’s critical success “Masters of Sex”.
2019
Later that same year she rounded out the all female-lead cast for Bravo’s first scripted series “Girlfriends Guide to Divorce” in the role of Delia Banai. The show went on to be the first ever to get a whopping 3 season pickup and ran for 5 seasons before premiering its final season in Spring 2018.
