A Southern California native, Michael Maze was born and raised in Arcadia, California. It wasn't until his senior year of high school that he decided that he wanted to work in the entertainment industry.
At that time he wanted to become an actor. After a few on-camera roles, Mike knew it wasn't for him. After this he attended UCLA's prestigious Film & Television program. Where he studied to become a writer/director.
Before shooting his first feature film I Love You Came Too Late (2004), he wrote and directed two film shorts, "Guardian Angel" and "The Dance."Michael won a Telly award for is efforts on an episode of "All About Burbank" and most recently won "Best Feature Film by a First Time Director" for "I Love You Came Too Late" at the 2004 Thunderbird International Film Festival.
He runs his production company, Truth Entertainment in Los Angeles, California with his business partner Bill Robertson. They are currently in development with several film and television projects.
