After 25 years in the model and talent management industry, Flutie created and produced the first unscripted digital web series, Under The Arch, and digital shorts for fashion and fragrance brands. Inspired by his career as a world-renowned model agent and scout, he later created and produced the acclaimed fashion model series Scouted for the NBC Universal E! NetworkIn 2013 Flutie joined Cris Abrego and Endemol Shine USA where he was under an overall deal with Cris Abrago productions and 51 Minds.

Flutie holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from New York University. He resides between Los Angeles and New York.
