The tall, muscular and handsome American actor, Maurice Johnson was born in Augusta, Georgia to Ruby and Eugene Johnson, Jr. He credits his high school debate coach for pushing him to use his talents and powerful voice on the school's debate team and in various oratorical contests that garnered him many accolades.
This foundation led him to pursue his major in college and ultimately acting as a profession. Maurice received a football scholarship to Albany State University and graduated with a degree in Speech and Theatre.
