Martina Eisenreich was 15 years old when she got accepted at the University Of Music And Performing Arts Munich to study Classical Composition and Film Scoring. Later, she graduated at the Film Academy Baden-Württemberg as well.

Thanks to her distinctive aesthetic approach, she received numerous commissions to write music for cinema, television, theatre and radio, and also teaches Film Scoring at HFF München, University of Television and Film in Munich.

Since 2002, she has been touring as a performing artist with concerts all over Europe. In 2007, two films with her music were nominated at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences 34th Annual Student Academy Award.

Milan and Nevermore (Nimmermeer). The latter was then decorated with the Honorary Foreign Film Award 2007. Her work was also awarded with the German Record Critics Award and the Rolf-Hans Müller Award for Best German TV Film Score - the highest value award for film music in Germany.

A close collaboration with German film director Pia Strietmann has developed, as well as a special cooperation with film & opera director Axel Ranisch. Since 2016, Martina is working on conducting her own music, mentored by David Newman, Angel Velez and Conrad Pope in Los Angeles.

In October 2018, Martina Eisenreich is the first woman to receive the German FIlm Music Award - Best Music in a Motion Picture, for her symphonic score to Tatort Waldlust, Germanys most favored TV Series.

Currently, Martina is working on new movie scores as well as on symphonic works.
