Mark Agar has been working consistently in Irish Film and TV since 2016 and later started writing his own material, combining his two passions, acting and writing.He took the lead in the self-written short film "Never Forget" in 2018, which gained recognition being screened at festivals around the world including "9th Underground Cinema Film Festival" (Dublin), "Roma Cinema Festival" (Rome) and "Crown Heights Film Festival" (New York)Acting credits include short films such as "Remembering Christmas", "Strangers" and "Kings and Queens" (all of which saw success with festival screenings between 2016-2018) "Good Neighbours" ( an independent short comedy 2016) and "OCD" (documentary style comedy 2017).

TV and online work includes appearing in an episode of the CBS Reality TV show "Voice of a serial killer" and a music video for popular Irish Funk-Rock band "Munky".Mark also appeared in three episodes of the web series "Personal" (2018) and online ads for "Subway", "NotAnotherPawn productions" and "Financial Services Union".
