Joseph graduated from The University of Oklahoma where he studied classics and archaeology and from St. Thomas University in Miami with a law degree. At OU he traveled abroad to Israel where he dug with the Caesarea Maritime expedition team and learned Hebrew.
In his spare time Joseph likes to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at the Gracie Academy and is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. In 2006 he moved to LA to pursue his passion for acting full time.
