On Leela's 2014 album "Fall For You" , Joe made his major label feature debut as a recording artist on the record "Save Me" of which he also wrote and produced.

He went on to produce 4 total records on that album. Afterwords, Joe was flown to Las Vegas by the Jackson brothers to work on a new sound direction for a new album.Joe Ryan III is a husband, father and faith-filled visionary who is undoubtedly bringing a fresh and authentic perspective of what the modern christian walk is all about; Purpose Over Perfection.

Living by the statements "100% Faith. 0% Doubt" and "My backup plan is to never backdown", his journey began after making the pivotal decision to leave a college basketball scholarship of which he earned after being a member of the Junior National Olympic All-State/All- American team representing Michigan as a high school junior.

He initially gained recognition as a Recording Artist by winning Milwaukee's 103.7FM 3 month "Kiss Icon Contest" of over 600 Artists while homeless, earning him daily rotation and a performance at SummerFest, which has been certified since 1999 by the Guinness World Records as "The World's Largest Music Festival".

A neighboring City Official noticed the absence of vulgar language, degradation of women, or the praise of drugs after reading a front page article which described Joe's victory, as well as his compelling story of living out of his Ford Mustang and salvation army while fighting to be present in his twin sons' lives and contacted him to present an opportunity to work with at-risk youth.

Joe accepted the offer and developed a Music Mentoring curriculum and program under his company BedRoc Productions, which offered kids an outlet of expression through learning therapeutic songwriting, production, engineering and performance.

The program became so impactful throughout the city that two high schools gave Joe his own class. Noticing a tweet by Hip Hop Legend MC Lyte expressing the search for new producers, he submitted music and earned a composer contract with DuBose Entertainment, where MC Lyte was lead music supervisor.

The signing and hard work landed music placements on B.E.T.' Network docu-series "Trey Songz: My Moment" and shortly after he flew to Hollywood, CA for the first time to showcase his ability to score and compose original music rapidly on the spot.

CEO James DuBose was so impressed that he gave his newest show "Toya; A Family Affair" entirely to Joe, which included 16 episodes and theme song, denying the other 30 composers on staff the opportunity to submit music.

Joe went on to compose music for ESPN, FOX, ABC, VH1 and even became Music Supervisor/Composer for B.E.T.'s "Hip Hop Sisters". After a successful composing run, he began building his resume as an artist again, landing opportunities of rapping on The Discovery Channel and TechCrunch via online platform "YouNow" after winning thousands of dollars in contest earnings.

Shortly after, he made the decision to drive 1,879 miles to Hollywood, CA and yet again live out of his Mustang. The leap of faith earned Joe songwriting/production/engineering work with Heavy D, Tim & Bob, Joey Bada$$, The Ying Yang Twins, MC Lyte, Ledisi, KEM, Teyana Taylor, Fabolous and Leela James, of which her hit single "Fall For You" earned him a publishing deal with Sony BMG, after then Vice-President heard the song sang on the finale of "Dancing With The Stars".

The single "Ride Or Die" featuring Recording Artist/Actress Lil Mama jumped to #5 on Japan music charts over John Legend's "All Of Me" and Robin Thicke/Pharrell/T.I.'s "Blurred Lines". Japan music stores would then introduce "Joe Ryan 1879 Listen First Kiosks" that would not only showcase his album but also the releases of Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, August Alsina, Eric Bellinger, Eric Benet & more.

The Japan-charting record "All I Want Is You" from the album is also currently being used on Cartoon Network's "Teen Titans Go!In 2016 Joe Ryan III signed a record deal with RCA Inspiration, a sony music entertainment company.
