Jo McGinley was born in Chicago and grew up in Colorado. She graduated from Sonoma State University with a degree in Communications, and then started her acting career in San Francisco. She currently lives and works in Los Angeles.
Jo is a member of Impro Theatre and directs and performs full length improvised plays with their main company. She also creates communications strategies with corporate clients bringing mindfulness and improvisation to the world of business.
