Jenny Taylor was born and raised in Austin and is proud to be a part of the growing Austin film scene. During her childhood, Jenny was a competitive golfer, dancer, and musician. Music has always played an important role in Jenny's life, and she has performed with the clarinet, piano, tenor saxophone, conducting, and was the drum major for 2 years at her high school.
In 2002, she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Studio Art from the University of Texas where she focused on photography and digital media. While at UT, Jenny played clarinet in the Longhorn Band, participated in the Ballroom Dance Club, and worked on several student films.
After college, Jenny pursued photography as her "day job" while simultaneously working on her acting career. Jenny's photography has been published in Britain's "What Digital Camera" magazine (October 2004) and in John Clements' "The Comprehensive Guide to Digital Black and White Photography" (November 2004).
Jenny started her own photography company, Jenny Taylor Photo, and offers digital headshot photography for actors.
