Jeff Wadlow was born on March 02, 1976, is Producer, Writer, Director. After Quentin Tarantino saw Jeff Wadlow's latest writing and directing effort, Kick Ass 2, he named it one of the 2013's best films, stating it demonstrated a "real auteur approach." While prepping that movie, Jeff developed and executive produced the worldwide hit, Non-Stop, starring Liam Neeson. Currently, Jeff is writing the feature film X-Men spin-off, X-Force, with an eye to direct, in addition to re-working the feature adaptation of Masters of the Universe for Sony Pictures. A graduate of Dartmouth College, Jeff attended the Peter Stark Producing Program at USC where he conceived and directed his thesis film, tHE tOWeR oF BabBLe (narrated by Kevin Spacey), winning more than a dozen awards before taking the top prize in the Chrysler Million Dollar Film Festival. Jeff used the million-dollar grant to make his first feature, Cry_Wolf, which was released by Universal Studios. His next feature, the action/drama Never Back Down, starring two-time Academy Award nominee Djimon Hounsou, beat out big-budget competition to win "Best Fight" at the MTV Movie Awards. In television, Jeff's first pitch sold in a competitive situation to CBS and Warner Brothers with Joel Silver producing, eventually going to pilot. He followed that with another pilot order from CBS for his character-based procedural starring Minnie Driver. Recently, he collaborated with Cartlon Cuse (Lost) and Kerry Ehrin (Friday Night Lights) to launch the Emmy-nominated series, Bates Motel. In addition to his film and TV work, Jeff has directed award-winning short subjects, featuring acclaimed actors like Meryl Streep and Danny DeVito. For the last ten years, Jeff has returned to his hometown to lead The Adrenaline Film Workshop, a program he founded to help filmmakers of all ages, write, shoot, and screen a short film in the Virginia Film Festival in just 72 hours. Five years ago, the program added a west coast edition, when the University of Oregon began hosting AFP in the spring.

As an actor, he has played a small role in Pearl Harbor and a professor on an episode of the sci-fi TV series Roswell, which aired May 7, 2001. Wadlow also founded The Adrenaline Film Project, a program to help aspiring filmmakers of all ages conceive and complete a short film in just 72 hours.
2002
He went on to receive the Short Film Prize at the Wine Country Film Festival for Manual Labor (2002) and the Best Animated Short at the New Haven Film Fest for Catching Kringle (2004). Having won the short film division at the 2002 Chrysler Million Dollar Film Competition for Living the Lie (2002), he aspired to enter the competition with a feature film.
2005
In 2005, Wadlow and Beau Bauman came up with the idea for Wadlow's theatrical directorial debut Cry_Wolf with the money Wadlow won in the 2002 Chrysler Million Dollar Film Competition for his short film, Living the Lie. Along with co-writer Beau Bauman, created a five-minute presentation piece starring Topher Grace and Estella Warren that won a top prize at the Toronto Film Festival.
2008
He directed the film Never Back Down, which was released on March 14, 2008, and starred Djimon Hounsou and Sean Faris. The movie went on to beat out big budget competition to win the MTV movie award for "Best Fight."
