Francisco de la Reguera was born in Veracruz, Mexico. After finishing his studies in Visual Arts, he turned to acting and landed roles in TV series such as the supernatural drama Niño Santo (2011), produced by Gael García Bernal and Diego Luna, HBO'S Sr.
Ávila (2013), and the mockumentary-style comedy El Torito (2015), directed by Fernando Sariñana. He began his film career with The Kids Are Back (2017) and El Ídolo (2018).
