Her ancestry consists of Italian, Irish, English, Spanish, Jewish, Native American, Scandinavian, Middle Eastern, Caucasus, and other Eastern European decent. Elizabeth spent her childhood traveling the world with her parents and developed a love for the water and boating.

At the age of 18, she began to practice yoga in New York City with Sri Dharma Mittra and continues her practice to this day. She is a lifelong vegetarian, animal rights activist and environmentalist. Elizabeth is an activist for the LGBT.

She is an American Film Producer, Actor, Screenwriter and Director.She has worked as an actress in several productions including, Redemption Road (Director, Mario Van Peebles), ABC's TV Series Nashville, Mini-Series Three's A Pain, Helix, The Paring Knife, Monster Burger, Undertow, Walkie Talkies, Class of '91, Indivia and more.

Also, several music videos including, Phil Vassar's Bobbi with an I, Danielle Bloom's Tell Me Why and multiple reality TV series.Her company has produced commercials for global companies including, Unnata Aerial Yoga, Contorture and Where Is My Guru.

Although she focuses on Film and Television, she has a soft spot for yoga and circus arts. She often produces videos and commercials showcasing her friends teaching their craft.Elizabeth began to collaborate with other production companies including, Can You Dig It!
