Before graduating from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (NYC), he was already booking acting jobs. With a flair for comedy and the ability to create complex characters, he quickly built an impressive resume.

He has appeared in countless commercials and promos as "the funny guy". While comedy is his specialty, Cleo thrives in dramatic roles against award-winning actors such as Hugh Laurie, Glynn Turman and Ving Rhames.

Whether a hilarious over the top jester or a complex, stern character, Cleo continues to acquire fans and gain respect for his performances. Also, he has gained significant recognition and adoration for his stunning tenor singing voice.

He was the first African-American to portray "Horton" in the National Tour of "Seussical the Musical". Cleo has guest starred on fantastic TV series, including Crash & Bernstein, Monday Mornings, and House MD.

Cleo's career continues to blossom in Los Angeles. In fact, he has two films premiering in 2015. He stars in the horror-comedy feature film, "The Sand", opposite Mitchell Musso and Jamie Kennedy. He also has a juicy supporting role in the feature film, "Love is All You Need?", which stars Briana Evigan, Emily Osment, and Jeremy Sisto.
