He got Leann Rimes attached to play the lead, and then brought the project to Warner Brothers, where he secured a three contract deal as writer, producer and song writer. In the Summer of 2005, Chet became the executive producer of In The Name Of The King, a $60 million epic fantasy in the vein of Lord Of The Rings.

Chet also wrote the following Screenplays, which are each in various stages of preproduction: The Mercenary, Kings Of The Earth, Above All Else, Spartacus 2000, and Utopian Warrior. Chet has also secured a book deal as an author, through Penguin Portfolio Publishing in New York City.

In 2007, Chet just wrapped, "Search for Seth the Messiah," shot in Europe, due out next fall. Chet was a writer and producer on the project. He is considered one of the world's foremost marketing and sales experts.
