🌙 Zodiac
Carmencita Johnson’s zodiac sign is Aries. According to astrologers, the presence of Aries always marks the beginning of something energetic and turbulent. They are continuously looking for dynamic, speed and competition, always being the first in everything - from work to social gatherings. Thanks to its ruling planet Mars and the fact it belongs to the element of Fire (just like Leo and Sagittarius), Aries is one of the most active zodiac signs. It is in their nature to take action, sometimes before they think about it well.

Some Carmencita Johnson images
When just a few month old, Carmencita Johnson started appearing in the "Our Gang" shorts. As a child she appeared in some of the better known silent features such as The Way of All Flesh (1927), The Winning of Barbara Worth (1926), and The Wind (1928).
She worked in many films in the 30's, and in the 40's she modeled some, acted, and was an occasional stand-in for Lana Turner. She swam in Esther Williams aquatic movies. Probably her best known scene was on the last movie she worked on, A Place in the Sun (1951).
Besides being one of the Liz Taylor's friends, Carmen doubles for Shelley Winters when the Montgomery Clift character murders Alice Tripp by pushing her into the lake (or did he?) in A Place in the Sun (1951).
Carmencita married in 1949 and soon thereafter retired from film work. She and her husband Jack Robertson moved to Ojai, California, in 1961, where she became a tireless supporter of the arts. She helped form the Arts Advisory Board.
She was selected Ojai Valley Woman of the Year in 1985, and was the longtime publicist for artist George Stuart. A number of the films Carmen appeared in have been "lost" including the Academy Award winning movie The Way of All Flesh (1927).
She died in a car accident in September 2000.
