Candice was born in the WC Fields Mansion in Los Feliz, CA. From the moment she was able to speak, she began imitating friends and family, singing, dancing, and putting on plays for anyone who would watch.
Fearing the impacts of smog, mudslides, and entitlement her parents moved to North Carolina. She started acting in school plays at an early age, & studied acting at the North Carolina School of the Arts summer program.
Candice formally studied acting at Trinity Repertory Company in Providence, RI. She moved to New York City in 1995 and helped to found the Mint Theater Company, then on to Los Angeles where she founded The Lyric Hyperion theater.
Today, she is wherever the work is.
