His film and television work includes appearances on Murdoch Mysteries, Flashpoint, Mayday and Reign.Alex has also starred in musicals, playing Cliff Bradshaw in The Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre's Cabaret and Canadian Icon Gilbert Blythe in The National Art's Centre's production of Anne and Gilbert.

He is thrilled to be making his career in Toronto, where he was born and raised. Alex was recently seen in The Grand Theatre's production of The Wars starring as Robert Ross to rave reviews.
