He played college ball at Xavier from 1989 to 1993, and went undrafted before beginning his professional career with Grand Rapids Hoops in 1993. He was signed to a contract by the Utah Jazz in 1993 as well.

In addition to his time in the NBA, he played in the CBA, and overseas in Italy and Greece. Over his career, he wore the numbers 33, 44, 55, 15 and 34.
